COMPOSITION S- Kit Tablet: Each tablet contains Ketotifen Fumarate BP equivalent ketotifen 1 mg. S- Kit Syrup: Each 5 ml S- kit syrup contains Ketotifen Fumarate BP equivalent to 1 mg Ketotifen. PHARMACOLOGY S-Kit (Ketotifen) is a potent antihistamine, which exhibits strong H, receptor-blocking activity. Also, it stabilizes mast cells & basophiis and basophils PAF (platelet activating factor) and is effective in preventing asthmatic attacks. INDICATIONS • Prophylactic treatment of bronchial asthma. • Symptomatic treatment of allergic conditions including rhinitis and conjunctivitis.
